Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs/drumsticks)

1 cup plain Greek yogurt (full-fat or low-fat)

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Coat the chicken with the marinade. Make sure each piece is well-covered.

Cover the chicken and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 6 hours for more flavor.

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Grease a baking dish with a bit of olive oil or non-stick spray.

Place the marinated chicken in the baking dish, smooth side up.

Spoon any leftover marinade over the top of the chicken.

Notes
You can use chicken thighs or drumsticks instead of breasts for juicier results.
For a dairy-free version, substitute Greek yogurt with coconut yogurt.
