Ingredients

Scale
  • For the Beef Filling:

    • 1 lb ground beef
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1/2 tsp black pepper
    • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
    • 1/2 tsp onion powder
    • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • For the Big Mac Sauce:

    • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
    • 2 tbsp ketchup
    • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
    • 2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
    • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
    • 1/2 tsp onion powder
    • 1/2 tsp paprika
    • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • For the Wraps:

    • 4 large flour tortillas
    • 1 cup shredded lettuce
    • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar or American cheese
    • 1/4 cup diced onions
    • 1/4 cup dill pickle slices
    • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce until browned. Drain excess grease.
  • Make the Big Mac Sauce: In a bowl, whisk together all sauce ingredients until smooth. Set aside.
  • Assemble the Wraps: Lay out a tortilla and spread a generous amount of Big Mac sauce. Add cooked ground beef, shredded lettuce, cheese, diced onions, and pickles.
  • Wrap It Up: Fold in the sides and roll tightly like a burrito.
  • Toast the Wraps (Optional): Heat a skillet over medium heat and toast each wrap for 1-2 minutes per side until golden brown.
  • Serve: Slice in half and enjoy with extra Big Mac sauce for dipping!

Notes

  • Add sesame seeds to the tortilla for the full Big Mac effect.
  • Use low-carb tortillas for a keto-friendly version.
  • Swap ground beef for grilled chicken for a lighter twist.
  • Store leftovers wrapped in foil in the fridge for up to 2 days.
