Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 ounces broccoli slaw
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 1/4 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, plus 1 teaspoon
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Add the broccoli slaw and chopped red onion to a large mixing bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture.
  4. Toss until evenly coated.
  5. Season with additional salt and pepper if needed.
  6. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.

Notes
