- 8 flour or corn tortillas
- 2 cups enchilada sauce

- Sour cream for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook ground beef with onions until soft and browned.
- Add garlic, cumin, and chili powder; stir for 1 minute.
- Spoon beef mixture into tortillas, roll, and place seam-side down.
- Cover with enchilada sauce and cheese.
- Bake 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Serve with sour cream and cilantro.
