Description

Cinnamon Peach Freezer Jam is a quick and easy no-cook jam made with fresh peaches, warm cinnamon, and less sugar pectin. It’s a simple homemade jam recipe that’s freezer-safe and bursting with fruity flavor—perfect for toast, yogurt, or gifting.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups (600 g) peeled and diced yellow peaches

  • 2½ cups (500 g) white sugar

  • 1 cup (240 ml) water

  • 1 packet Sure-Jell (for less sugar) premium fruit pectin

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Peel and dice peaches. Lightly mash with a potato masher.

  • In a saucepan, bring sugar, water, and pectin to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly. Boil for 1 minute.

  • Stir in mashed peaches and cinnamon. Return to a boil and stir for another minute.

  • Pour hot jam into clean jars or freezer containers, leaving 1.25 cm (½ inch) headspace.

  • Let jars sit at room temperature for 24 hours to set.

  • Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks or freeze for up to 1 year.

Notes

Use ripe yellow peaches for best flavor and color.

Leave proper headspace to prevent cracking during freezing.

Stir before serving if jam separates after thawing.

Clearly label each container with date and contents.
