Description

Classic egg salad made with a few simple ingredients. Creamy, traditional, and perfect for sandwiches or salads.


Ingredients

  • 9 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs until cooked to your desired doneness.
  2. Peel the eggs and place them in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add mayonnaise and mustard, then mash with a fork.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  5. Mix until creamy and serve as desired.

Notes

  1. Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for 3 to 5 days.
  2. Discard if the egg salad becomes watery or discolored.
