To Assemble:

2 romaine hearts, chopped

1–2 French baguettes

Instructions

Prepare Caesar Dressing: Combine all dressing ingredients in a bowl. Set aside 4–5 tablespoons for the romaine and refrigerate both.

Flatten and Season Chicken: Pound chicken if thick and season with salt and pepper.

Set Up Breading Station: Mix flour in one bowl, whisk eggs in another, and combine breadcrumb ingredients in a third. Dredge chicken in flour, then eggs, then breadcrumbs.
