Ingredients
For the Base:

1 lb ground beef or thinly sliced steak

4 cups diced potatoes (Yukon Gold recommended)

1 medium onion, chopped
For the Sauce:

1 cup beef broth

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste
For the Topping:

2 cups shredded mozzarella or provolone cheese

Instructions

Dice potatoes and chop onion. Shred cheese if using a block.

In a skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.

Spray crockpot with nonstick spray. Layer in order: potatoes, onions, cooked beef.

Whisk together beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Pour over layers.

Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until potatoes are tender.
