Description

Creamy cucumber dip made with sour cream, mayonnaise, dill, parsley, and seasonings. Perfect for vegetables, crackers, and party trays.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
  • 2 tablespoons dried parsley
  • 2 teaspoons dried dill weed
  • 2 teaspoons Beau Monde seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place sour cream and mayonnaise in a medium bowl.
  2. Add dried minced onion, parsley, dill weed, Beau Monde seasoning, seasoning salt, and black pepper.
  3. Stir until completely smooth and combined.
  4. Cover the bowl tightly.
  5. Refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
  6. Stir before serving and serve chilled with vegetables, crackers, or chips.
