- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 cup butter, cold and cubed
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and butter a 2-quart casserole dish
- Combine rhubarb, cornstarch, sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl
- Spread mixture evenly into prepared dish
- Mix oats, flour, sugar, cinnamon, and salt in another bowl
- Cut in cold butter until crumbly
- Sprinkle topping over rhubarb filling
- Bake for 35 minutes until golden and bubbly
- Let rest for 10 minutes before serving

- Use frozen rhubarb if needed, thaw and drain before using
