¼ cup (60 ml) vegetable oil

¾ cup (130 g) dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions

Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Add milk, yogurt, oil, eggs, and vanilla. Stir until just combined—do not overmix.

Fold in chocolate chips evenly.

Divide batter among muffin cups.

Bake for 17–19 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Notes
