Fun and colorful cookies packed with marshmallows and white chocolate chips.
Ingredients
Scale
- ½ cup butter
- ¼ cup sugar
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 ½ cups flour
- ¾ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup cereal marshmallows
Instructions
- Cream butter and sugars until fluffy
- Add egg and vanilla and mix well
- Whisk dry ingredients separately
- Combine dry ingredients into wet mixture
- Fold in marshmallows and chocolate chips
- Scoop dough onto baking sheet
- Bake at 350°F for 8-10 minutes
- Cool before serving
Notes
- Do not overmix dough
- Use slightly firm butter
- Add extra marshmallows on top for color
- Do not chill dough too long
