Refreshing homemade mango peach lemonade concentrate with bright citrus flavor and easy canning instructions for summer drinks.
Ingredients

- 3 cups peaches, frozen or fresh, pits removed
- 3 cups mangos, pits removed
- 4 cups freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 6 cups granulated sugar
Instructions
- Blend peaches and mangos in batches until smooth.
- Transfer the fruit puree to a stainless steel saucepan.
- Add lemon juice and sugar and stir well to combine.
- Heat the mixture over medium-high heat without boiling.
- Cook until the temperature reaches 190 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Remove from heat immediately.
- Ladle concentrate into sterilized jars leaving 1/4 inch headspace.
- Wipe rims clean and place hot lids on jars.
- Tighten rings finger tight.
- Process jars in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes.
- Cool jars completely before storing.
- Mix one part concentrate with one part water, tonic water, or ginger ale before serving.
Notes
- Do not boil the concentrate.
- Fresh lemon juice gives the best flavor.
- Freeze concentrate in small portions if preferred.
- Store opened jars in the refrigerator.
