Description

Maroulosalata is a traditional Greek lettuce salad made with finely chopped romaine, fresh dill, green onions, creamy feta, and a bright lemon dressing.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 heads romaine lettuce
  • 3 green onions
  • 1/2 cup fresh dill
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Wash and completely dry the romaine lettuce.
  2. Finely chop the lettuce and place it in a large bowl.
  3. Add the chopped green onions and dill.
  4. Pour in the olive oil, lemon juice, and salt, then toss well.
  5. Add the crumbled feta and gently toss.
  6. Serve immediately.

Notes

  2. Do not overdress the salad.
  3. Make sure the lettuce is completely dry before mixing.
