This Oreo Cheesecake is thick, creamy, and packed with cookies and cream flavor, finished with white chocolate ganache and homemade whipped cream.

- 35 Oreos (3 cups crumbs)
- 5 tbsp butter, melted
- 24 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup Oreo crumbs
- 20 Oreos, quartered
- 7 oz white chocolate chips
- 4 tbsp heavy cream
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 3/4 tsp vanilla extract
- Extra Oreos for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F and prepare a springform pan with parchment and grease
- Mix Oreo crumbs with melted butter and press into pan, then bake and cool
- Reduce oven to 300°F and beat cream cheese, sugar, and flour until smooth
- Add sour cream and vanilla, then mix in eggs one at a time
- Fold in Oreo crumbs and layer batter with quartered Oreos in crust
- Place pan in water bath and bake until center is slightly jiggly
- Turn off oven and cool gradually, then refrigerate until firm
- Make ganache by heating cream and pouring over white chocolate, then mix smooth
- Prepare whipped cream by whipping cream, sugar, and vanilla to stiff peaks
- Top cheesecake with ganache, whipped cream, and Oreos before serving
