- 3 large eggs

- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups granulated sugar

- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup brown sugar

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Whisk eggs, melted butter, yogurt, and milk in a large bowl.
- Slowly stir in sugar until dissolved.
- Fold in peaches and bread cubes until evenly coated.
- Allow mixture to rest for 30 minutes.
- Mix cinnamon and remaining sugar in a small bowl.
- Pour mixture into baking dish and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
- Cover loosely with buttered foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove foil, add pecans, and bake another 20 to 25 minutes until golden.
- Combine butter, heavy cream, and brown sugar in a saucepan over medium-low heat.
- Bring sauce to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
- Serve warm with caramel sauce and vanilla ice cream.
