Description

Sheet Pan Sausage and Sweet Potatoes with Honey Garlic Sauce is a quick, easy, and flavorful meal perfect for busy nights. The hearty sausage pairs beautifully with roasted sweet potatoes, all coated in a rich, tangy honey garlic sauce. This one-pan dinner is not only delicious but also requires minimal cleanup.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 sausage links (chicken, turkey, or your choice)

  • 2 large sweet potatoes (peeled and cubed)

  • 2 cups broccoli florets

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

For the Honey Garlic Sauce:

  • 3 tbsp honey

  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  • Prep the ingredients: Slice the sausage into rounds. Cube the sweet potatoes and chop the broccoli.

  • Arrange the ingredients: Spread the sweet potatoes, sausage, and broccoli evenly on a sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

  • Roast the ingredients: Place the sheet pan in the oven and cook for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.

  • Make the sauce: In a small pan, sauté garlic in butter until fragrant. Add honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, and simmer until slightly thickened.

  • Finish the dish: Drizzle the honey garlic sauce over the roasted ingredients. Toss everything gently to coat evenly.

Notes

Ensure that the sweet potatoes are cut into even pieces for even cooking.

You can use other vegetables like carrots or Brussels sprouts.

For a dairy-free version, use plant-based butter.
