- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Remove pits and slice peaches.
- Add peaches, sugar, and water to a skillet.
- Bring mixture to a boil over high heat.
- Boil for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring often.
- Remove from heat and cool for 30 minutes.
- Press mixture through a fine sieve.
- Transfer syrup to a clean glass jar.
- Refrigerate for up to 4 weeks.
