Description

Skinny Strawberry Frozen Yogurt Treats are a light, no-bake dessert perfect for hot summer days. Made with whipped topping, light yogurt, and fresh strawberries between graham crackers, these refreshing frozen bars are a healthy twist on ice cream sandwiches—great for kids and adults alike!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 container (8 oz) light frozen whipped topping, thawed

  • 16 oz light vanilla yogurt

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped (or use other berries)

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 24 Graham cracker halves

Instructions

  • Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with plastic wrap.

  • Arrange 12 graham cracker halves on the bottom of the dish.

  • In a large bowl, mix whipped topping, yogurt, strawberries, and vanilla until smooth.

  • Spread the mixture over the graham crackers evenly.

  • Top with remaining 12 graham cracker halves, pressing lightly.

  • Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.

  • Let sit for 5 minutes at room temperature, then cut into bars and serve.

Notes

For a dairy-free version, use coconut whipped topping and non-dairy yogurt.

Let bars soften slightly before slicing for clean edges.

Try with blueberries, mango, or chocolate graham crackers for variation.

Store leftovers in a freezer-safe bag for up to 2 weeks.
