Ingredients

1 bag (32 oz) frozen hash browns or fresh diced potatoes

14 oz kielbasa sausage, cut into small pieces

1 small onion, diced

2½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 can cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz)

½ cup sour cream

1 tsp Creole seasoning (or your favorite blend)

Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Lightly grease your slow cooker with butter or spray oil.

Add hash browns, kielbasa, onion, and 2 cups of cheddar cheese to the cooker.

(Optional) Sauté sausage and onion for extra flavor before adding.

In a separate bowl, mix soup, sour cream, Creole seasoning, salt, and pepper until smooth.
