Description

Spicy Tuna Crunchwraps are the bold, satisfying lunch wrap you didn’t know you needed. Creamy, sriracha-spiked tuna is layered with crisp lettuce, buttery avocado, melty cheddar, and chili Doritos—all wrapped in a toasted tortilla for the ultimate crunch. This fun, 20-minute recipe is spicy, cheesy, and endlessly craveable.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Spicy Tuna:

  • 2 cans (5 oz each) tuna, drained

  • 1/4 cup full-fat mayonnaise

  • 2 tbsp sriracha

  • 1 rib celery, finely diced

  • 1 large spring onion, finely diced

  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Crunchwraps:

  • 4 large flour tortillas

  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese

  • 2 small avocados, sliced

  • 1.5 oz chili-flavored Doritos (5–6 chips per wrap)

  • 1/2 small head iceberg lettuce, finely sliced

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Spicy Tuna:
In a bowl, mix tuna, mayonnaise, sriracha, celery, spring onion, salt, and pepper until creamy.

  2. Assemble the Wraps:
Lay one tortilla flat. In the center, layer lettuce, spicy tuna, avocado slices, Doritos, and cheddar.

  3. Wrap It:
Fold tortilla edges over the filling, working in a circle to create a sealed wrap.

  4. Toast:
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place wrap seam-side down and toast 3–4 minutes per side until golden and crisp.

  5. Serve:
Slice in half and enjoy warm.

Notes

Warm tortillas slightly before folding to prevent cracking.

Reduce or replace sriracha if you prefer a milder version.

Swap Doritos with any crunchy chip or a tostada shell.

Tuna filling keeps 3 days refrigerated.
