Instructions

Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper. Toss with cornstarch to coat evenly.

In a small bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, grated garlic, ginger, and optional sriracha or chili flakes. Stir well.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
