Description
Crispy taco salad cups made with wonton wrappers, seasoned ground meat, cheese, lettuce, guacamole, salsa, and sour cream. Perfect for parties and quick appetizers.

- 12 wonton wrappers
- Cooking spray
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup ground beef or turkey
- 2 teaspoons taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup guacamole
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Place wonton wrappers into a muffin pan and spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Bake for 5 minutes until slightly crisp then remove from oven.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-low heat.
- Cook ground meat until browned, breaking it apart.
- Add taco seasoning and stir well then remove from heat.
- Divide meat evenly into wonton cups.
- Top with cheese, lettuce, guacamole, salsa, and sour cream.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use a small amount of meat per cup to keep shells crisp.
- Add toppings just before serving to prevent sogginess.
- You can substitute ground turkey for a lighter version.
