Description

Whipped Pumpkin Spice Honey Butter is the ultimate fall spread—light, fluffy, warmly spiced, and just sweet enough. Made with real pumpkin purée, cozy spices, and your choice of honey or maple syrup, this easy recipe comes together in under 10 minutes and elevates everything from toast to waffles. It’s the perfect seasonal treat to keep in your fridge or gift to a friend.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger

  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

  • 1/4 tsp ground allspice

  • 1/8 tsp ground cloves

  • 6 tbsp pumpkin purée

  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, beat the softened butter on medium speed for 2–3 minutes until light and fluffy.

  • Add cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, allspice, and cloves. Mix until combined.

  • Gradually add pumpkin purée, one tablespoon at a time, mixing after each addition.

  • Add honey or maple syrup and vanilla extract. Beat another 1–2 minutes until fully whipped and smooth.

  • Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate. Let it soften slightly before serving.

Notes

Add a tablespoon of cream cheese for tanginess.

Maple syrup gives a deeper flavor, while honey adds light sweetness.

Makes a charming edible gift in a jar with ribbon.

Store in the fridge up to 2 weeks or freeze for longer storage.

Let it sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before using for easier spreading.
