Description

Ninja Creami Cookies and Cream Ice Cream is a quick and easy homemade dessert using just four ingredients. It delivers a rich, creamy texture with crunchy cookie chunks while staying low in sugar thanks to monk fruit sweetener and Fairlife milk. Perfect for satisfying sweet cravings without the guilt!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 Oreos (divided: 4 for base, 2 for mix-in)

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 2 tablespoons monk fruit sweetener (or substitute)

  • 1 2/3 cups (400 ml) 2% Fairlife milk

Instructions

  • In a Ninja Creami pint container, add 4 Oreos, vanilla extract, and monk fruit sweetener.

  • Pour Fairlife milk up to the max fill line (400 ml).

  • Secure the lid and freeze the container upright for 24 hours.

  • After freezing, remove the lid and place the pint in the outer bowl.

  • Attach the Creami lid with the blade and lock into the machine.

  • Use the “Lite Ice Cream” setting.

  • Re-spin twice for a creamier texture if needed.

  • Dig a small well in the center, add 2 crushed Oreos, and press “Mix-In.”

  • Serve immediately or refreeze with lid secured.

Notes

Re-spin if crumbly or icy for smoother texture.

Add a splash of heavy cream for extra richness.

Experiment with other cookies or peanut butter swirls post-spin.

Store leftovers with the lid on for up to 1 week; re-spin after softening.
